React Js Developer and designer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web UI Developer to build responsive, accessible, and visually stunning user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring modern web applications to life. Responsibilities: Develop scalable and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and Next.js Translate Figma or design mockups into responsive, cross-browser compatible UI Style components with Tailwind CSS, ensuring pixel-perfect design implementation Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services Optimize components for performance, usability, and SEO (especially for Next.js apps) Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards Continuously improve user experience through usability testing and performance tuning Requirements: 2+ years of experience building modern web UIs with React.js Strong proficiency with Next.js and server-side rendering Expertise in Tailwind CSS and responsive design techniques Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.) Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and modern development workflows Experience with accessibility (a11y) best practices and testing frameworks is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday US shift Weekend availability Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: React js: 2 years (Required) Web design: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Required)
