Job Title: Senior React Developer (Individual Contributor) Location: Bangalore, India Experience:7 to 12 Years Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days WFO/1 day WFH) Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with 7-10 years of expertise in building complex, high-performance React applications. This individual contributor role focuses on technical excellence and deep specialization in React-based solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop sophisticated React-based web applications with a focus on performance, reusability, and maintainability Implement complex state management solutions using modern patterns (Redux, Context API, React Query) Contribute to reusable component libraries and design systems Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance on React best practices Optimize application performance and implement best practices for code quality Write comprehensive test suites using modern testing frameworks Research and evaluate emerging frontend technologies to improve our tech stack Requirements 7-10 years of professional experience developing production React applications Deep understanding of React’s core principles, hooks, context, and state management Expert knowledge of JavaScript and modern ES6+ features Experience with at least one major state management library (Redux, MobX) Strong proficiency with responsive design and CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components, Emotion) Experience with React testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks Contributions to open source React projects Expertise in performance optimization techniques for React applications Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) Deep specialization in specific areas of frontend development (state management, etc.) History of solving complex technical challenges in production environments What we Aim for?
