Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance React.js applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers. Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring scalability and performance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Implement responsive UI/UX designs with a focus on user experience. Optimize application performance through best practices and debugging techniques. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes. Candidate Requirement: 3+ years of experience in front-end development with React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks. Deep understanding of React hooks, context API, state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility best practices. Experience working with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Nice-to-Have: Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot and Spring Framework. Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
