Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a talented React.js Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end web development, especially using React.js, JavaScript, and CSS. You will be working on building and improving the user interface for a video conferencing platform while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality, efficient code. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the development team to discuss and refine user interface ideas and requirements for applications. Review application requirements and interface designs, providing input to ensure optimal user experience. Identify web-based user interactions and provide innovative solutions to improve them. Develop and implement highly-responsive user interface components using React.js and related concepts. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable application interface code following React.js workflows and best practices. Work on new projects, leveraging the current code base to ensure efficiency and reusability. Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively in a team-based development environment. Write and maintain CSS and JavaScript for responsive, accessible front-end interfaces. Troubleshoot interface software, debug application codes, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts and enhance performance. Monitor and improve front-end performance to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience. Document application changes and develop updates in a clear and organized manner. Provide timely updates to team members and stakeholders on development progress Eligibility Criteria 3-5 years of experience with React.js and JavaScript. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development. Experience with Git for version control. Ability to understand and work with an existing code base with minimal guidance. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of responsive design principles. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and take ownership of tasks. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools. Experience with Docker and containerization. Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn). Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in front-end development.
