Close deals by effectively managing closing processes and ensuring successful deal closures. Ready to Handle sales from Day 1 with convincing and negotiating skills. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in villa/apartment sales or similar roles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time. Strong understanding of local real estate markets, including knowledge of current trends and regulations. Excellent convincing ability, negotiation skills, and persuasive power to close deals successfully.
