Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global real estate market. 2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with international clients, including developers, investors, and buyers. 3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. 4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on global real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. 5. Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and other documents. 6. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Requirements: 1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in international sales, real estate sales, or a related field. 2. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the global real estate market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges. 3. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and closing deals. 4. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is desirable. 5. Network: Established network of contacts in the international real estate industry. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Real Estate Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CCIM or SIOR, are desirable. 2. International Experience: Experience working in international sales or real estate. 3.
