Role & responsibilities - Sell premium Dubai real estate projects to Indian investors - Convert pre-qualified leads generated via company channels - Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients - Educate clients on investment benefits, rental guarantees, and returns - Coordinate with Dubai-based sales and operations team for seamless handover - Achieve monthly sales targets and report activity in CRM - Participate in local property expos, webinars, and networking events Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 2-6 years of experience in real estate, wealth management, investment advisory, or high-ticket B2C/B2B sales - Strong communication and presentation skills (English & local language) - Experience selling to HNIs, NRIs, or cross-border investment products preferred - Confidence in closing deals remotely (Zoom, WhatsApp, phone) - Goal-driven with a proven sales track record Perks and benefits 10% of revenue (up to 10x target) - 20% of revenue (up to 20x target) - 30% of revenue (up to 30x target) - 40% of revenue (up to 40x target) - 50% of revenue (up to 50x target) - 60% of revenue (for anything beyond 50x target)
