Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct at least 12 client meetings per month to present and promote real estate properties. Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Maintain a deep understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and property details to provide accurate information to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property needs and investment goals. Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and engagement. Assisting clients throughout the buying and investment process. Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Stay updated with regulatory and legal aspects related to real estate transactions. Hard Skills: Strong understanding of the real estate market .. Ability to generate leads and conduct market research. Knowledge of sales tracking tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
