Job Description

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training. Recruit and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they align with company culture and sales goals. Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Set and track sales goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds quotas. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Handle high-value and complex deals, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present data on sales activities, trends, and forecasts. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, sales, and client interactions. Market Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, property values, and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and business practices. Administrative Tasks: Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, legal, etc.) to streamline processes and enhance sales operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
