Location-Baner, Pune Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager/Relationship Manager in Pune, specifically in Baner. The individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, showcase premier properties in West Pune, maintain robust sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to clients to generate profitable revenue for PropMart. As a Sales RM you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the real estate market. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing guidance, and facilitating the buying and selling process. Collaborating with other agents, brokers, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions. Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Managing and negotiating contracts to close deals effectively and efficiently. Staying updated with industry best practices, regulations, and changes in real estate laws. Benefits 1.
