You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial propertiesConduct market research to determine property values and pricing strategiesGenerate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platformsSchedule and conduct property showings and open housesFacilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach successful agreementsPrepare and manage real estate documents including agreements and contractsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral businessStay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and competition Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related fieldValid real estate license (as per local regulations)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a proven sales track recordAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamSound knowledge of local property laws and market dynamicsProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeOwn vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred) Benefits: Fixed salary of ₹20,000 + attractive performance-based incentivesComprehensive training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and energetic team cultureLong-term growth opportunities within the organization
