Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance , mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the NA plots and real estate market . Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives . Assign sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance. Provide coaching and regular feedback to improve team efficiency. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies . Collaborate with the sales manager to create action plans for lead generation and conversion. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Support the team in handling complex client negotiations and closing deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships . Resolve customer issues and escalate them when necessary. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills. Keep the team updated on market trends, new projects, and industry regulations . Identify and address areas for improvement. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Ensure accurate and timely lead tracking and documentation in the CRM. Maintain proper records of client interactions and deal closures.
