Job Description: Job Responsibility : Monitoring and Support desk executive role Task : Monitor real-time data feeds from various US locations. Data Quality Validation : Validate data quality using a defined process. Anomaly Reporting: Report any anomalies found in the data. Issue Resolution: Perform first-level diagnosis for data stream interruptions or errors. Ticketing: Record tickets for identified issues. Coordination : Contact relevant support teams for issue resolution as needed. T raining Provided: Successful candidates will receive training for job tasks. Key Requirements: Good Communication Skills (English) Mandatory to have CRM and Ticketing Knowledge Analytical and problem-solving skills Position location: Mumbai Andheri (E). Hours of operation: Rotational shifts: 7 am -3 pm/3 pm -11 pm/11 pm to 7 am.
