Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging Infrared Thermography SKILLS: Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints. Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate material calculations. Expertise in rebar detailing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, CADS RC, RebarCAD, etc. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., ACI, CRSI, BS). Familiarity with reinforcing steel fabrication, installation, and construction practices. High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing shop drawings and BBS. Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional project teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare detailed drawings for rebar placement in various construction projects. Interpret and review construction blueprints, structural schematics, and project specifications. Calculate material quantities and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to address and resolve design issues. Communicate design changes and technical updates with the project team effectively. Ensure all detailing work complies with quality standards and is delivered within project deadlines. Stay updated with advancements in rebar detailing technology and industry practices. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Should possess 1+ years experience in BIM Modeling Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. Preferred Experience in Gulf Projects
