Job Description

Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, contractors, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner. Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing mail and courier services. Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits; coordinate transportation for site visits when necessary. Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and electronic project documents; assist with basic data entry and document management tasks. Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth office operations. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project managers and other staff as required; assist with filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks. Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials. Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes as necessary; ensure workplace security by following safety procedures.
