To welcome & Assist Customer on their arrival in centre. Take down customers details and information. (Forms and official Templates to be filled). Confirm their purpose of visit and Guide them accordingly Maintaining walk inn register and admin registers. Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating. Opening and closing of the Office operations. Coordinating with different Departments of the companies. Supervising Office Assistant & House Keeping Staff. Maintains confidentiality at all time of the organization fiscal and personnel related information.
