Role & responsibilities We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person. Manage appointment scheduling and Corrdinarting with other branches and department. Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
