Roles and Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm welcome. Manage incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct them to relevant personnel. Maintain accurate records of phone conversations, emails, and correspondence. Handle mail delivery, sort documents, and distribute them accordingly. Provide administrative support as needed. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (receptionist or front office). Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada languages. Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office applications. Excellent calling skills with ability to handle multiple lines simultaneously.
