Roles and Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, and staff members with a smile and provide assistance as needed. Manage front office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries. Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and billing details. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., scheduling) to ensure seamless communication. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry into electronic health records (EHRs). Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (medical services/hospital). Proficiency in spoken English language skills are essential; knowledge of Kannada language is an added advantage. Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
