Job location: Borivali East Mumbai Work Experience : 2yrs in reception & admin work Responsibilities :● Handling Phone Calls EPABX system efficiently.● Managing different discipline (i.e. housekeeping, IT, office boy and stationery).● Monitoring the AMCs, ensuring timely renewals and monitoring the performance of the parties under each contract.● Managing complete stationery requirements and printing of letter head, visiting card, ID Cards, etc.● Ensuring timely payment of Telephone bills, Electricity bill, Water Bill, also follow-up with Finance department for bill payments.● Maintaining the stock of merchandised item, offices stationary &Housekeeping material and distribute then as per the instruction of management.● Analyzing of Telephone, Vendors & Mobile Bills and forwarding them to accounts for payout.● Accommodation and Travelling for participants.● Ensuring the decorum and floor discipline is maintained in the premises in accordance with company policy.● Coordination and Handling the Logistics & Courier (inwards & Outwards)● Ensure and Organize of coordinate meetings, conferences.● Preparing MIS Report.● Checking the grooming, taking care of the hygiene related issues.● Maintaining attendance of the employees and preparing monthly attendance for salary sheet. Travel● Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport, and hotels● Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence.● Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistics.● Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner● Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after update HR on travel/leaves to be properly recorded. ● Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like Make my trip, red bus Go ibobo, IRCTC etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend only Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
