Co-ordinate with existing customers for follow up on QRF, proposals, issued contracts etc. in a timely manner. Collating data from CRM tool NGPS for projects due for renewal. Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures Internal and external customer service satisfaction Assists the RC Sales/SMEs team, focusing mostly on preparing quotes and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client. You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
