Filmed in front of a live theatre audience of 150 recruitment professionals, RECex gives a platform to those organisations who truly excel in delivering outstanding recruiting solutions for themselves, their candidates and for their clients. Drawn from the most prominent UK employers and recruitment firms, including the most recent Winners and prominent Finalists in the National Online Recruitment Awards, and identified industry practitioners, our 10 speakers will deliver a unique insight to how they achieved recruiting excellence, and how they view the road ahead for the coming year. Active at the cutting edge of today’s industry, our speakers from the UK’s top employers, recruitment firms and recruiting platforms will deliver passionate and intense, 15 minute talks in a format partly inspired by TED Talks. The diverse nature of the speakers reflects that of the audience, and that we can all learn an immense amount from acclaimed recruitment professionals. RECex events are either hosted by NORA directly, or in partnership with other global conferences. We deliberately set out to find unusual venues, which help to create our unique atmosphere.
