If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply.Role & responsibilities *Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce ACVL's moving services.*Explain our tailored relocation services, addressing any queries or concerns the customers may have.*Identify potential leads and convert them into customers by providing detailed information about our services.*Schedule follow-up calls to ensure customer engagement and interest.*Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.*Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for service improvement.*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.*Ensure data privacy and security are upheld at all times.*Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead generation, and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
