Role & responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting potential employees through various channels like online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and crafting compelling job postings that attract qualified candidates. Screening and Reviewing Applications: Evaluating resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specified qualifications. Engaging with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Negotiating Offers: Working with hiring managers to determine compensation and benefits and negotiating offers with successful candidates. Maintain MIS in Excel . candidate with experience in Advanced Excel will be given preference. Maintaining quality of hire. Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Preferred candidate profile Must Have Good Communication skill and passion for Talent Hiring .
