Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements. Conduct interviews with potential hires to assess their skills and fit for the role. Coordinate logistics for interview processes, including scheduling and venue setup. Provide HR assistance by handling candidate queries and concerns throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (IT Recruitment preferred). MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization; relevant certifications like SHRM-CP/PHR would be an added advantage. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, including job posting creation, sourcing profiles development, screening techniques, shortlisting criteria definition.
