Experience : 6 months to 2 years Location: Pimpri (Pune) Salary: As per company standard Roles & Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter: 1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Identify hiring needs and define job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 2. Screening & Shortlisting Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 3. Interview Coordination & Selection Arrange and facilitate interviews (phone, video, or in-person). Gather feedback from interviewers and manage the selection process. Assist in decision-making and ensure the best candidate is selected. 4. Offer Management & Negotiation Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments. 5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Represent the company positively and enhance employer branding. Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 6. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.). Suggest improvements to optimize hiring processes and strategies. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
