Position : Recruiter (Non IT- Automotive) Exp : 3+ Months Location : Guindy,chennai. Job Description: Talent Acquisition: Identify and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting for roles in the automotive industry. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates experience, technical knowledge, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth selection process. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads and HR teams to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Offer & Negotiation: Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies. Skills: Strong understanding of job roles and hiring requirements. Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
