Key Responsibilities: Specialized Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and recruit EHS consultants and specialists for roles across Safety Management, Process Safety, Onsite Safety Supervision, and other consulting services. Identify candidates for technical consulting roles in Safety Automation, EHS Training, and High-Hazard Process Management. Develop and maintain a talent pool of freelance and contract EHS professionals to meet short-term and project-based demands. Consulting Role Alignment: Collaborate closely with consulting leads to understand project-specific staffing requirements. Ensure candidates possess the necessary certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) and industry expertise to deliver high-quality services to clients. Match candidates with consulting projects based on skillsets, availability, and client needs. Building Strategic Partnerships: Establish relationships with universities, EHS training providers, and professional associations to access a pipeline of qualified talent. Partner with industry networks and events to enhance the companys visibility and attract top consultants. Employer Branding: Promote COREEHS as a trusted leader in EHS consulting by showcasing its expertise and global impact. Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and webinars to connect with potential candidates and promote consulting opportunities. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the companys consulting excellence and professionalism. Compliance and Process Optimization: Maintain compliance with local and international labor laws and client-specific requirements. Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and consultant retention rates. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 05 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a consulting or professional services firm Skills: Strong networking and relationship management skills, particularly within niche professional communities. Proficiency in ATS and recruitment platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple requisitions. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking in aligning talent with consulting needs. Relationship-building to establish long-term connections with candidates and institutions. High adaptability to manage dynamic, project-based recruitment requirements. Detail-oriented approach to ensure candidates align with consulting quality standards.
