About the job: Role description: Responsible for the recruitment process right from sourcing candidate resumes, connecting over phone/email/LinkedIn with them, introducing the company and open positions, scheduling interviews, followup calls. The recruiter will be the face of the company for hiring candidates and must possess excellent communication skills. Good to have skills: Fluent spoken English, 'Sell-Sell-Sell' mindset, Never-give-up attitude Education and Experience requirements: 0-1 yrs experience with either an MBA in HR or a certification/course in HR. Otherwise, minimum 1 year experience in recruitment. Key responsibilities: 1. Your day-to-day work involves candidate lead sourcing, gathering resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-up calls with candidates, sending emails to candidates related to the hiring progress 2. You will be expected to handle timely and accurate communication with candidates regarding their candidature at the company 3. You will source candidates from various online databases based on incoming requirements, explain what the company does, explain the role that we're hiring for, schedule interviews and have followup discussions with them. 4. Within the company, you will be interacting with the respective hiring managers for each of the open positions, to understand requirements and provide updates 5. You will be responsible for updating the online hiring progress tracker tools, preparing weekly status reports and following the laid down hiring process.
