Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding. Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms as needed. Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels and recruitment events. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to HR and management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
