Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and driven BPO/KPO Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BPO and/or KPO industry and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for voice, non-voice, and support roles. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, social media, internal database, referrals, etc.). • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. • Conduct telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BPO/KPO hiring. • Work on bulk and niche hiring based on project requirements. Key Skills and Qualifications: • 1–5 years of experience in BPO/KPO recruitment (experience can be adjusted). • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines. • Good understanding of BPO/KPO job roles (voice, non-voice, tech support, etc.). • Experience in volume hiring is a plus.
