Job Title: Leadership / C-Suite Recruiter Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (On-site)Shift Timing: EST Shift | 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM ISTExperience Required: 3 to 8 YearsIndustry: Recruitment / Executive Search / Talent Acquisition Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leadership Recruiter to join our team, responsible for end-to-end executive hiring including C-level, VP, Director, and other senior leadership roles across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in headhunting and stakeholder management and should be comfortable working in the EST shift. Key Responsibilities:Drive full-cycle recruitment for executive and leadership roles (CXO, VP, Director level).Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.Source passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and referrals.Screen, evaluate, and present top-tier leadership talent in a timely manner.Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.Maintain talent pipelines and map top industry talent.Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with internal HR and business teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.Provide market intelligence and insights on compensation trends, industry movements, and competitor analysis. Requirements:3 to 8 years of proven experience in leadership/C-suite recruitment is mandatory.Strong experience in hiring for CXO, VP, and Director-level roles across industries.Experience with executive search firms or internal talent acquisition teams focused on leadership hiring.Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs and candidate alignment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Comfortable working in the US EST shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Exposure to international markets, especially the US region, will be an added advantage.Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing technologies.
