The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles and a proven track record in business development within a recruitment consulting firm. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. - Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. - Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. - Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and key performance indicators. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques for both tech and non-tech roles. Proven experience in business development and client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
