Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements to schedule interviews. Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling interviews and salary negotiations. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition. UG/ PG Pursing/ College Pass out Fresher with good english communication. MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialisation (preferred). Strong understanding of lateral hiring, screening, sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and interview coordination.
