Role & responsibilities Responsible for managing all recruitment for the group companies . We manufacture Machines and recruitment will be for engineers , ITI , Dept. Managers such as Supply chain Manager , Stores manager , Production Managers , Quality Control Managers , Sales , Service and Marketing recruitment on All-India Basis. Preferred candidate profile Should be having industrial engineering company recruitment experience and contacts with labour contractors for contract labour . To manage End-to-End process from shortlisting to on-boarding and form a system to do this. Should be able to make JD's , Familiar with Naukri , Timesjobs, WorkIndia & other online recruitment portals. Minimum 5 years experience of Industrial recruitment.
