Job Summary: We are looking for a hardcore recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from the Renewable Energy / EPC industry . The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and capable of handling high-volume hiring. This is an immediate joining opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring quick turnaround time. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking . Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business needs. Handle bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment , if required. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Renewable Energy / EPC sector . Strong expertise in technical hiring and workforce planning. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; additional regional languages are a plus. Proficiency in job portals, ATS systems, and recruitment tools .
