Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract sales talent with the required experience. Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and sales team leaders. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing smooth and professional candidate experience. Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs. Data and Reporting: Keep accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience as an HR recruiter, ideally with a focus on sales or similar roles. Excellent knowledge of sales roles and their requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
