Job Title: Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator Location: 1003, North Plaza, Nr. 4d Mall, Motera - 380005 Job Type: [Full-Time/Interns] Experience: 1-2 years Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator to support and streamline our hiring process. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and talent acquisition. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining an efficient recruitment workflow. Key Responsibilities: Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Candidate Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding processes. Database & ATS Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and candidate pipeline. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist with offer letter issuance, background verification, and onboarding formalities. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings, social media hiring campaigns, and outreach programs (if required). Recruitment Reporting: Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve efficiency and streamline processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition. Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment processes, HR best practices, and hiring trends. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a candidate-centric approach. Multi-tasking & Organization: Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other recruitment tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT Recruitment. Exposure to US MNCs or global hiring practices. Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
