Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai at Team One Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be involved in candidate relationship management and maintaining recruitment databases. QualificationsRecruitment and Talent Acquisition skillsExperience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in recruitment tools and techniquesBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldExperience in IT recruitment is a plus
