Consultancy Experience: Prior experience in consultancy is advantageous. Training & Support: Capable of training and supporting HR team members. Candidate Attraction: Skilled in using job portals, databases, social media, etc., to attract candidates. Interviewing: Experience in conducting and filtering interviews for open positions. Selection Tools: Proficiency in using various tools and methods to select candidates within a schedule. Qualifications/ Requirements: Education: Graduate in any stream. Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail. Communication: Strong communication skills. Computer Proficiency: High proficiency with computers. Recruitment Understanding: In-depth understanding of the recruitment process. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and negotiation skills. Multitasking: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
