Job Title: Recruiting Manager US Staffing Location: Hyderabad Work Type: Full-Time, Night Shift (US Timings) Work Mode: 100% Onsite About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager US Staffing to drive high-volume hiring, manage scalable recruitment teams, and ensure top talent delivery for our end clients. This role requires hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, rate negotiations, and closing candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery on high-volume staffing requirements. Collaborate with account managers, clients, and internal teams to align hiring strategies with client needs. Lead sourcing strategies using job portals, networking, referrals, and proprietary databases. Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidates per client expectations. Negotiate competitive pay rates, contracts, and terms , aligning with market trends and client budgets. Mentor and manage a team of recruiters , ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices. Ensure compliance with client onboarding processes, documentation, and employment laws . Leverage ATS, CRM, VMS, AI-driven tools , and other recruitment technologies to enhance hiring efficiency. Key Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in US Staffing , with a focus on high-volume hiring and team management . Expertise in sourcing, screening, negotiating rates, and closing roles across IT & non-IT domains. Strong knowledge of US visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099), tax terms, and employment laws . Experience with ATS, VMS portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder . Strong leadership, team mentoring, and performance management skills . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling capabilities. Prior experience recruiting for SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, Data Engineering, Project/Product Managers, and O&G roles . Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and managing large-scale workforce solutions . Prior exposure to offshore/onshore staffing models .
