Job Details: Recruitment Administrator Full details of the job. Vacancy Name Recruitment Administrator Vacancy No VN14607 Employment Type Permanent India Mumbai Who are V Overall Purpose of The Job The role is responsible for provision of administrative support to the recruitment team. A key deliverable of this position is to contribute towards achievement and exceeding team s objectives to satisfy the hiring requirements in a timely and competent fashion. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Creates and updates candidates profiles, uploads necessary documents to recruitment database. Ensures all records in recruitment systems and databases are correct and up-to-date, notes in candidates profiles are accurate and reflect the verified information about the candidate, including but not limited to availability date, expected wage, attributes (skills and competencies). Administers and controls recruitment tests and Assessment arrangements for candidates, including but not limited to generation of test links and reports, communication with support teams. Attends queries from candidates. Accommodates administrative tasks from recruitment team members, including but not limited to paperwork, documents screening, experience verification, background checks. Participates in cold calling campaigns on request. Updates agencies and recruitment events spreadsheets. Creates job postings, advertises vacancies on approved channels, platforms, social media, job-boards, websites, adhering to all V. branding standards. Creates post templates in Canva, generates post links and QR-codes for advertising. Administers regional / sectorial social media accounts. Participates in various local recruitment events aimed at the attraction of candidates, including crew events and school events, as and when required. Attends one-to-one and team meetings held by the local recruitment team leadership. Deputizes for Recruitment Officer (except for Leisure). Performs efficiently within the framework of defined KPIs, PIs and productivity ratios. Undertakes all hiring activities observing local employment legislation, international conventions and regulations, V.Group ethics and values, Policies, Processes and Recruitment Strategy. Performs other reasonable recruitment related duties assigned by the line manager. Key performance indicators (as specified in the Annual objective setting): 1. Efficient and timely completion of assigned deliverables. 2. Achieving and where possible exceeding KPIs and other targets. 3. Overall positive feedback from stakeholders.
