Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients. Manage recruitment trackers and maintain updated candidate databases. Use job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels to source suitable talent. Collaborate with senior recruiters to efficiently close open positions. 👀 What We’re Looking For: 6 months to 2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (Manufacturing, FMCG, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.). Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
