Role Description This is a 6 month's contract with high possibility of extension role for a Recruitment Consultant at ConverzAI. Key Responsibilities: Ability to translate job descriptions to shorter conversational formats. Ensure great candidate experience throughout the communication and consistent follow ups. Being well-versed with skills for various domains such as IT, Non-IT, Healthcare etc. Source & Screen interested candidates and line up their interview. Analyse and organize raw data e.g., job description. Verify and maintain job data accuracy by comparing it with source data. Reviewing data for deficiencies and errors, and correcting any incompatibilities. Explore ways to enhance data quality, reliability, and accuracy. Turnaround time should be strictly adhered. Reporting to team leader on daily basis. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field. MBA from Tier 3 is a plus. 1-5 years of experience in US IT/non-IT recruitment. Chat/Email Support experience is plus. Understanding or hands-on experience in recruiting and knowledge on ATS’s is must have. Experience managing end to end recruiting in high growth environments. Recruiting certification or relevant training is a plus. Requirements: 100% remote work, and working in PST or EST hours. Should we flexible to work on Saturday and Sunday, with alternate 2 days weekoff. Good internet bandwidth for audio and video calls.
