We are currently hiring for a well experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage Middle East market, in terms of business development and 360 recruitment. Location: Remote ( Covering Middle East market) Job type: Full-time Responsibilities: You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as business development, reporting, regular lead generation. Responsible for developing client relationships and creating efficient processes. Closing roles in a timely manner. Liaising with clients effectively, managing negotiations and ensuring timely updates. Managing the 360 recruitment process from briefing to offer extension. Continuous process improvement and involvement in projects as needed. Ability to meet key clients and maintain long-term relationships. Attending conferences and exhibitions as required. Requirements: Minimum 2/3 years experience in business development in HR services is a must. Proven track record of generating new client leads and networking. Target oriented and motivated Strong interviewing and communication skills Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills Ability to work independently.
