Position Summary We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Satara. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates with 1+ years of recruitment experience however, freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. This role involves working with both internal teams and external clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Understand client hiring needs and job requirements to source relevant candidates.Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies for both internal and client roles.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms.Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Maintain candidate records and reports, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.Support offer negotiations and ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate goals.Collaborate with internal team members to improve processes and achieve recruitment targets.Stay up to date with industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices. Qualifications And Skills Minimum 1-2 year of experience in recruitment preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Good interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.Knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
