Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at one of our clients located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and placing quality candidates, Researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to the open roles, Screening candidates to check their fitment, keeping track of all applicants using ATS's, job boards, and recruiting on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Job Description Development and Hiring skills Strong Communication and Sourcing skills Recruiting experience is a must Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Eligibility: Candidates having BPO sourcing experience are preferred Strong Communication and Sourcing skills
