Role & responsibilities 1. Stay informed on industry hiring trends, local labor markets, and competitor activities. Lead and execute recruitment strategies to source, screen, and onboard in-shop sales promoters across various retail outlets. 2. Collaborate closely with the clients regional sales and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and expectations. 3. Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, referrals, and social media to build a pipeline of candidates. 4. Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates based on brand guidelines and job fit. 5. Ensure a smooth onboarding process including documentation, background checks, and induction. 6. Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics for internal and client review. 7. Monitor field performance and attrition trends to recommend hiring strategies accordingly Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 3–5 years of experience in volume hiring, preferably in retail, FMCG, or staffing industry. 3. Proven experience in recruiting sales promoters, merchandisers, or in-store staff is a strong advantage. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems. 7.
