Job details: Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in Oil & Gas (mechanical, electrical, process, etc.). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Travel to interview centers and client locations as needed. Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring process. Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. Strong understanding of engineering functions within the Oil & Gas industry.
