Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing recruitment processes, field recruitment including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. This role requires a high level of organization, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment process Source and screen candidates through various channels Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Coordinate interviews and selection procedures Maintain a database of candidates Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR management In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan Male candidates only Qualification : Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field MBA must Preferred candidate profile Male candidates only
